From first contact to delivery, here's how it goes
Step 1
Discovery & Scoping
We start with a close look at your project: business goals, target users, technical constraints and timeline.
I analyze your needs and deliver a clear scope, technical recommendations and a detailed estimate. No surprises.
Step 2
Architecture & Prototyping
Before writing production code, I set up the technical foundation: architecture, libraries, CI/CD pipeline and design system.
If needed, I build a clickable prototype so we validate the user experience together before investing in development.
Step 3
Iterative Development
I work in short sprints with frequent demos so you always see progress and can give feedback early.
Clean code, automated tests and code reviews are part of every sprint. Not optional.
Step 4
Testing & QA
Dedicated quality assurance: unit, integration and end-to-end tests, real-device testing on iOS and Android, and performance audits.
I fix issues before they reach your users.
Step 5
Delivery & Support
I handle store submissions (App Store & Google Play), web deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
After delivery I remain available for maintenance, iterations and knowledge transfer to your team.
