The Challenge
The +Avenir app was created some time ago and, for various reasons, the project was eventually taken over by the Toulouse agency Dev-Id. Due to some maintenance issues before Dev-Id took over, the primary need was essentially focused on some codebase refactoring and intense debugging.
My work
During my mission, I actively worked alongside the technical team to support the app's debugging. It needed major React-Native updates, and the issues related to this update required all my attention.

Conducted a rapid technical recovery engagement focused on unblocking the team and restoring code health.
The Outcome
All blocking issues resolved within one month, enabling the agency to resume product development with a cleaner codebase.

My main mission was to debug the app. By combining my experience and intensive work sessions, blocking issues were quickly resolved, allowing the team to make decisions regarding the project management.
Refactor
To ensure effective debugging, it was sometimes necessary to overhaul large parts of the code occasionally. This isolated existing bugs and optimized the code.
